A comfy stay with some hiccups

Had a decent time! The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast had a ton of options, which got a big thumbs up from the fam. But, checking in took ages since the bar and check-in were mixed, and my phone in the room didn’t work. A bit of a bummer, honestly.

    comfortable room
    impressive breakfast
    chaotic check-in
    staff shortage
    room key problems

A great stay with a comfortable double room featuring a huge bed. The breakfast options were impressive, especially the cooked buffet, which provided plenty of variety. the check-in process was chaotic and inefficient, compounded by staff shortages that left one receptionist overwhelmed and in tears. I encountered issues with my room key not working multiple times, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable visit.

    delicious breakfast
    exceptional shower

    Perfect for a family getaway

The breakfast is really good. I mean, they had a proper variety of fresh fruit and coffee, and the poached eggs were simply divine. The shower? Forget the usual mess. this was a real overhead monsoon type that turned my day around, it was like stepping into paradise after a hectic schedule!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth the price for the experience.

    central location
    24/7 bar
    lively atmosphere
    cleanliness issues

Central location boasts easy access to train and bus stations, with restaurants and pubs just steps away. The bar area operates 24/7, providing a lively spot to unwind with a decent selection of drinks despite its limited options.

Unfortunately, the decor felt sparse, lacking any real charm or warmth. The bathroom had noticeable damage to the glass wall, and the shower's temperature control was finicky, leaving it either too cold or too warm. Cleanliness standards seemed inconsistent. I noticed stains on the carpet and issues with overall room maintenance, like poorly functioning lighting and noisy neighbors that disrupted sleep. The breakfast service also felt chaotic, with items quickly running out, especially if you arrived even slightly late.
